I've been eating nothing but nutritous food for the past 2 months or so. I always try to get in at least 5 meals per day, and rake in about 1.75grams of protein per lb of bodyweight.
I'm wondering if it would be safe to cheat for about a week and eat anything i want and only when i'm hungry. will this be good or bad? i figured this way i could shock my body when i feed it right again in a week or so, after eating whatever. what do u guys think?
