Its Metroflex in Arlington. I've lifted there several times and its a BLAST!!!! No nice things at all. Its nasty, dirty, and its great. Its really cheap to join, and the guy, Brian, who runs it is really really nice. If you want to go sometime, just holler at me and we'll take a trip B!! They play all kinds of hard music and there are NO people there who aren't serious about lifting. You should come with me sometime!!

1) His intensity is through the roof
2) If he's not working out, he's eating
3) Large compound movements w/ heavy weights
4) No need for separate arm day
Not sure if his training would be called high volume or if all those sets are just warmups to last main working set. (I just couldnt tell since almost all the weight was ridiculous-- I mean I guess 8 plates on tbar would be a warmup if your last set is 12 plates x 8 )
People on this board underestimate and do not realize the true strength of these guys. Coleman can probably military press 435lbs for a single. I love the video!! I also downloaded "Blood and Guts" and "Pumping Iron" . I like them all.
Today, Arnold would look like a stick figure next to Ronnie. In pumping iron, Arnold is squatting the same amount of weight as Ronnie is using on military press.
All the clothes those dudes wore were hilarious. Ronnie with his pants, and his shirts that said "Shut up and Squat" and "Kick Ass". And Brian with the cutoff shorts and camoflouge sleeveless is definately questionable lol
Oh and how funny is it how he always says "light weight" until the 6 plates front squat and then goes "that was heavy!"
You know you've watched the video too much when you start saying to yourself during your set "Light Weight Baby"
