It sounds to me like he's not really denying the affair with country singer Mindy McCready, just saying it didn't start when she was 15.

"I know that many people want to know what I have to say about the recent articles in the media," Clemens said in the statement. "Even though these articles contain many false accusations and mistakes, I need to say that I have made mistakes in my personal life for which I am sorry. I have apologized to my family and apologize to my fans. Like everyone, I have flaws. I have sometimes made choices which have not been right."

I keep my adidas 4ever,2. BUT my feet never really change size,anymore. There are certain things that tend to grow with a man's feet....... enough is enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
no he seems to not deny it, in fact he went on to state that he apologized to his family and his fans. My thing is that this way years ago, why bring it up now?

Because he' claiming to be someone whose credibility shouldn't be questioned when he says he didn't cheat, yet it seems he's had multiple affairs.
