to answer your question.......yes, i did that this morning. i am hoping to be in a position (no pun intended!) to have some pics taken this weekend.

God my son is threatening to have HIS winkie pierced (he just got his nipples done) ...

I just can't imagine having anything pointy ANYWHERE near that part of the body, male or female

OH, no-no-no-no-no-no-no-no-no-no, don't lay that on me!!!

Here's what I told my husband before the baby was born (we didn't know the gender):

If it's a girl, I'll handle ear piercing, training bras, the "period talk" and all that other girl specific stuff; if it's a boy circumcision, shaving, condoms and all that shit is up to you. I don't have one of those, I don't have the right to make that decision -- out pops a baby boy, husband said snip (honestly, I've never seen an unsnipped one in real life OTHER than my son's, and frankly I'm not so sure I would know WTF to do with a natural one ...)

NOW, having read TT's thread about ADULT circumcision, I can assure you that what HE has gone through as a grown up person is NO comparison to my son's snip. They took the baby, he was sleeping, they brought him back in less than an hour, he was sleeping again (and his pecker looked a tad more familiar ...) No stitches and not even any real blood. No massive scarring ... it was just sore for a few days.

So, there's a BIG difference between mucking about with that part of your body pre and post puberty
