Hey Guys - Did chest yesterday and I noticed my right upper chest and towards my shoulder was killing me.....today its really sore. I have a full range of motion but it hurts. I figure its a pulled muscle. Sucks because I going away in a week and I feel like I should probably take a week off of the weights and just focus on the cardio. It pisses me off because I wanted to look good for the trip not good timing...
- for this type of pain due you guys just normally take a couple aleve and ice it daily? How long should I rest it?
