#RETA, Gym BLOOD WORK TAKEN.
Starting weight: 9.3.26 - 116kg.
CURRENT WEIGHT: 107kg. - averaging this weight for 8 weeks now.
Total Loss 9kg
@ZenithHealth 5mg of Reta: Monday and Tuesday doses as 2.5mg each.
@Buck Pharmaceuticals : Test 440mg, Primo 300 per week. (cycle started 14th of April) Currently 5.5 weeks in.

As Promised last week: Bloods have been taken today NON Fasted. Ordered through IMED.
Keen to see my Profile on HBA1C.

I have no idea Wtf I've done with one of my Vials but the opened Vial of Primo and Test have gone missing in my house. Oddest shit, The dog didn't eat it or anything so I'm Gobsmacked haha fuck my life.

Anyway TRAINING.
This week Sleep has been poor I've lost about 2 hours everynight for the past 6 days - as Started a week back. Lifes still slamming me. But still loving life and training lately, Feeling amazing. Still stoked with the Update photo's I took last week too.

Heavy Deadlift session: WORKING SETS ONLY.
160kg x 4
180kg x 2
200kg x 1
160kg x 10

Accessories:
10 pullups in total throughout the entire workout randomly.
400kg Calve raises as per usual drop setting as I peak at 400kg until there's nothing left on the Legpress.

Machine Free weighted Single arm Latt pulldowns:
60kg x 10
70kg x 6
80kg x 5

DB Bicep Curls:
20kg x 10
22kg x 4 (NOT TODAY BUDDY)
20kg x 6
20kg x 4

I been thinking I've never taken supplements in my life and it's about time So I'll be buying @RGSX and @gold Standard Labs lot soon. Of course they're going through the merger when I go to order so I probably won't be able to get anything for a month at this point.

I been on the Fence with HGH for quite awhile, not financially in the spot to supply that for myself either - Neither of my Sponsors offer HGH either (fuck my life) But Thinking of Jumping on HGH On account of Winning @War Born Peptides recent lottery.
Through respect for all parties I won't be able to log my progress for any other sponsors of course.

I'll be making Beef stew tonight with Macro's posted and photo's too.

Some photo's with a little bit of Pump left.

Great update my bro, and yeah on that amount of test and primo you are definitely going to be growing some lean muscle mas which will make your overall weight loss slow down abit.

Great progress photos, keep at it my bro!

Quick update: LEGS tonight, my days of elevated heel squatting 160kg are for the future version of me.

ELEVATED HEEL BB SQUAT:
100x 8
120 x 8
140 x 1 drop set > 100kg x 7
100 x 6

Legpress:
360kg x 11
400kg x 7
440kg x 5 D > 390kg x 4 D > 320kg x 7 D > 260kg x 7 D > 160kg x 7 x D 80kg x 5 - nearly vomited haha.

Also ^ I was doing calve raises hitting like 4 reps between each drop set - try that one if you can boys 🥵

Leg extensions:
I dunno 6 plates off the full stack :
3 sets x 6, 5 4 reps

Shoulders:

Side laterals 12.5kg x 4 sets at 7 reps

40kg shrugs x 3 sets 6 reps apiece

Toasted

#RETA, Gym BLOOD WORK TAKEN.
Starting weight: 9.3.26 - 116kg.
CURRENT WEIGHT: 106kg. - averaging this weight for 8 weeks now.
Total Loss 10kg
@ZenithHealth 5mg of Reta: Monday and Tuesday doses as 2.5mg each.
@Buck Pharmaceuticals : Test 440mg, Primo 300 per week. (cycle started 14th of April) Currently 5.5 weeks in.

BLOOD ARE IN: Please see photo's at the bottom. PLEASE NOTE I was not fasted for this so through insulin and Glucose out.

@Buck Pharmaceuticals - The Boss himself - sitting on 440 Test E and Primo 300mg per week - absolutely lovely. I've only taken about 3 Aromasin's all cycle so far as I was building - I aromatase moderately I would describe. I haven't taken any in the last month - Absolutely smooth sailing with the primo ratio

The Reta I can Solely contribute (outside of diet changes) to my Lipid and HBA1C profiles greatly improving guys!
Zenith 100% is rocking some solid Reta. Ya boy is healing and blasting !!

GYM: Gonna be hitting glute day as I drop the weight while on a cut and work on form. Weak points are highlighted for myself currently are: Glutes and Hammies both from a strength and aesthetic perspective.

BLOODWORK:
@ZenithHealth @Buck Pharmaceuticals
Thank you again for the sponsoring boys, ZENITH massive shoutout for throwing in a KLOW for my niggling R) Elbow <3 I'm about a week in and already feeling amazing from that, thousand % appreciate you boss.

I usually get bloods through my GP as I'm a Health Practioner I get to work work with my GP, I did this through IMED so won't have too much history sadly
I DIDN"T FAST FOR THIS.

I been watching my LIPID profile and HBA1C - You'll see on the Lipid profile last year I was excessively high (on cycle too)
Vs NOW on cycle. Great improvements.

HBA1C: Previous to this year and focusing on this health: within the last 4-5 years I have yoyo-d between 5.8 and 6.2.
Currently at 5.3 - I no longer have any low blood sugar episodes - I can't describe to you how much better I feel. I should have done some of this years ago but the old ego had no problems with being a big boy.

If you can't be assed scrolling to my intro: I loved being a big boy, I had no issues whatsoever seeing a big gut in the mirror because I lifted heavy ass weights and haven't been under 100kg since I was 17 (I'm 5"6", 167cm)

I got breathing issues, Born this way: Moderate asthma all year round, Growth in my airway, at Birth was flown to Adelaide to have a lung operations (I'm from Darwin) lungs were smaller than they should have been at birth.
Been on corticosteroids all my life (this has massively contributed to my eating habits) Been a ravenous kid my whole life.

Anyway MASSIVE WIN FOR BUCK AND ZENITH TEAM!!

This health faze and blood work is one of those things that are just proving to myself this new lifestyle choice is good for me. My breathing is Insanely good now, I can run for more than 50m without feeling my pulse smashing my brain trying to get oxygen haha!

THANKS ZENITH AND BUCK!! this fucken combo of a team is unreal. I hope to work with you both for a long time.

Mate, this is exactly the sort of update we love seeing.

10kg down from your starting point while running a productive training phase is a massive achievement in itself, but what stands out most here isn't the scale weight. It's the improvements in the markers that actually matter long term.

The drop in HbA1c, improved lipid profile, better cardiovascular fitness, improved breathing capacity, and the complete absence of the low blood sugar episodes you were previously experiencing are all huge wins. Given your history with asthma, corticosteroid use, and being over 100kg for most of your adult life, those changes are significant.

The fact that bodyweight has been relatively stable for the past 8 weeks isn't something I'd be concerned about either. You're now 5.5 weeks into the Test/Primo phase, training performance is improving, recovery is up, and you're actively bringing up weak points. It's very common to see scale weight slow or stall while body composition continues to improve under those conditions.

Your bloodwork is also lining up with what you're feeling subjectively. More energy, better breathing, improved training quality, and better metabolic markers is exactly the outcome we're aiming for.

Really appreciate the feedback regarding the Reta and KLOW. It's great to hear the elbow is already responding well and that the overall protocol is helping you stay consistent both inside and outside the gym.

Keep doing exactly what you're doing. Stay focused on performance, recovery, health markers, and body composition rather than chasing scale weight alone. The next phase is about continuing to build on the foundation you've already established.

Proud of the work you've put in so far mate. Looking forward to seeing where you're at over the next 8-12 weeks.

Very proud to have you on board my bro, you are absolutely crushing it🙏

I appreciate the response brother, Truly.

The scales aren't even a thing I check too much at this point.
I've struggled with those markers for YEAARS. and I know they would have improved without Reta if I chose to lose weight and give up the cheesecake. but to see it drastically improve is testament as well to the gear supplied is un-real.
People at work have stopped complimenting me and now everyone's asking me how I'm doing it heh heh ;).

I never had pretty Privilege either.
Getting smiles from servers and discounts at shops now haha.

Thanks again brother. Glad to be logging and running your gear. should start getting some HGH for Old Uncle Poon if you start suppling it ;) that's next on the hit list hehe

Love hearing that mate.

To be honest, the scale is only one metric. When you've been battling those markers for years, seeing them move into a healthier range is a much bigger win than another few kilos off the scale. That's the sort of progress that actually changes quality of life.

And haha, welcome to the other side. First people tell you that you've lost weight, then they start asking what you're doing. The server smiles and random discounts are just the bonus perks nobody tells you about 😂

You've put in the work though brother. We can supply the tools, but you're the one making the lifestyle changes, showing up every day, and staying consistent. That's why the results are stacking up.

Really appreciate the support and the effort you've put into the log. It's been great watching the journey unfold.

As for the HGH... one step at a time...its not easy out there now days, but once its in, you'll be the first to enjoy 🤣🤣

big legend on training

@Grumpy1 @abolone @koba @gar71 @Ohdamn @pigsy @Allupfromhere

Thanks brother, Been consistently in the gym for many years now, one of those fella's built for strength - probably has something to do with stocky Wog gene's Was benching 120kg as my PR right before jumping on gear and that's without knowing how to train for power lifting or anything.

This is the weakest I been in forever now that I changed up my focus on health etc until I drop more weight and than i'll grow steadily and more lean.

Food as you can tell - is still a major weak point I'm really going to focus on that over the next month and bump it up on the priorities list :)

Again this is always the failure of my priorities as I'm adjusting to this busy period in my life. and food is my weakest chain, I mentally put everything else above it - no excuses. I am working on this and can only aim to do better at this point.

Nice update brother, loving the workout consistency, haha adding tren into the mix you are definitely on track for the transformation of a life time.

Also pretty amazing you can bench 120kg without any gear or proper training knowledge, you definitely have an amazing base

My weight hasn't changed since starting my cycle if you'll notice the time frames.

PROMISE TO THREAD: When my meal prep runs out. on Wednesday - THURSDAY NIGHT I SHALL MEAL PREP AGAIN. I'm yet to do a full week of complete planned eating. - The reta has me in full control and I'm yet to maximise my diet along side it. Let this be week 1 of many.

INTRODUCTIONS: HGH : 2IU before bed daily: Started Monday Last week.
SLEEP APNOEA MACHINE.
HCG 750iu for the week. Split into Mon - Wed - Thursday

UPCOMING: Tren 2 weeks time baby hehehe

Lets Get Into It Ladies and Gents:

Lifestyle wise I'll be very busy Dusk til Dawn - The good news is it feels like the extra effort, psychological strains and energy levels are balacning out as this new lifestyle is now less effort to maintain and requires less mental strain which fucken hell I been waiting for. Went to bed before midnight last night and I haven't done that in a few weeks.

Starting this log: felt like I was talking to the wind and now people are starting to come in. Legends and New legends to EVO. I appreciate you all it really does help stay on track when people are there watching to see you win.

As stated above:
HCG - I'm taking this as I'm yet to be blessed with father hood and I've been cycling this for the last 4 years with my PED usage, this does come with extra oestradial with my body so I have Arimex and tamoxifen when needed to treat symptoms - I'll be expecting to drop a few more AI's throughout the rest of the cycle once I introduce the Tren. I know my body Extremely well at this point with my sides.

KLOW: nearly out of my first vial so I'll be looking to purchase another 2 to complete 45 days worth of healing. It's working absoultely beautiful.

HGH: 2IU per night. My first 7 days are down, I do get headaches infrequently. they've mostly subsided once I dropped some sodium in the diet and drank more water - I been reading up on HGH a well over 6 Months before dipping my toes in - SLEEP is unreal. I haven't been deep sleeping for years I feel like.

SLeep Apnoea Machine: been diagonsed (when I was 16kg's heavier) with Sever Sleep Apnoea. Work paid for it as I'm in a chronic disease progman and being indeginous I was able to secure some funding this route - Which is great because I couldn't afford the 2k machine.
Still getting use to the mask so when I did a 2 month trial a few months back - I can sleep with it on for about 4 hours before I take it off in the middle of the night and go back to sleep. I did that last night.
Again so many variables with Weightloss, PED's and Now HGH in such a short time frame. I can't soley say what is doing what in regards to sleep all I can say is: my sleep is DRASTICALLY improving and so with the PED's I'm on. I feel 100x better than I did last year. Sluggish. Foggy Brain. etc.

I'll upload later this week what I looked like last year vs Now as well. I was about 124kg before I did a mini reta phase prior to this now Log.

Unreal in size difference.

I'll update throughout the week my training sessions. Everyone have a fucken great week hey!!

Thanks @Buck Pharmaceuticals and @ZenithHealth for the support.

🤣🤣🤣 lev will love that if he
So your running 5mg reta 2.5 mon 2.5 tues whats the reason for the split dose 2 days in a row
Woops that is meant to say Thursday haha I'll fix that up next post.

I find when I did the one injection a week by Saturday/Sunday I start to dip a little, so more for consistency and smoothness running throughout the week is why I do it split. but haha just a dumb typo on that one boss

Yes I get that i find the same as it gets close to the end of the week hunger starts coming back
Two days in a row I thought was different thats why I asked

Mini update and training for yesterday: I know it's a no brainer. But eating 2 days with a strict meal prep and getting my protein in, Getting better sleep has MASSVIELY contributed to my training yesterday.
First great session, I've had in a long time lots of volume at a decent weight.
KLOW coming up to day 14 has been unreal for my elbow, My other chest/tri sessions I've been pushing it and the second I feel anything I drop the weight.

Since starting my sleep Apnoea machine at night - I have been waking up with so much power and energy, I think this is going to be the biggest thing I could have done for my health. Still taking it off after about 3 hours at night but the sleep I get is unreal now, I'm a drooler so I'll be cleaning my mask out every couple of days at this point haha.

Monday Chest: Last chest and triceps session , although hitting some decent sets and reps. I did not feel as smooth or beautiful or powerful in fact I actually took it relatively easier, Movement patterns were more on point as well but I haven't Benched in 2 years without some sort of niggling pain or knowing something is moving how it shouldn't in the joint of my R) Elbow.
