@Buck Pharmaceuticals : Test 440mg, Primo 300 per week. (cycle started 14th of April) Currently 5.5 weeks in.

As Promised last week: Bloods have been taken today NON Fasted. Ordered through IMED.

I have no idea Wtf I've done with one of my Vials but the opened Vial of Primo and Test have gone missing in my house. Oddest shit, The dog didn't eat it or anything so I'm Gobsmacked haha fuck my life.

Anyway TRAINING.
This week Sleep has been poor I've lost about 2 hours everynight for the past 6 days - as Started a week back. Lifes still slamming me. But still loving life and training lately, Feeling amazing. Still stoked with the Update photo's I took last week too.

Heavy Deadlift session: WORKING SETS ONLY.
160kg x 4
180kg x 2
200kg x 1
160kg x 10

Accessories:
10 pullups in total throughout the entire workout randomly.
400kg Calve raises as per usual drop setting as I peak at 400kg until there's nothing left on the Legpress.

Machine Free weighted Single arm Latt pulldowns:
60kg x 10
70kg x 6
80kg x 5

DB Bicep Curls:
20kg x 10
22kg x 4 (NOT TODAY BUDDY)
20kg x 6
20kg x 4

I been thinking I've never taken supplements in my life and it's about time So I'll be buying @RGSX and @gold Standard Labs lot soon. Of course they're going through the merger when I go to order so I probably won't be able to get anything for a month at this point.

I been on the Fence with HGH for quite awhile, not financially in the spot to supply that for myself either - Neither of my Sponsors offer HGH either (fuck my life) But Thinking of Jumping on HGH On account of Winning @War Born Peptides recent lottery.
Through respect for all parties I won't be able to log my progress for any other sponsors of course.

I'll be making Beef stew tonight with Macro's posted and photo's too.

Great update my bro, and yeah on that amount of test and primo you are definitely going to be growing some lean muscle mas which will make your overall weight loss slow down abit.

Also ^ I was doing calve raises hitting like 4 reps between each drop set - try that one if you can boys 🥵

Leg extensions:
I dunno 6 plates off the full stack :
3 sets x 6, 5 4 reps

Shoulders:

Side laterals 12.5kg x 4 sets at 7 reps

40kg shrugs x 3 sets 6 reps apiece

@Buck Pharmaceuticals - The Boss himself - sitting on 440 Test E and Primo 300mg per week - absolutely lovely. I've only taken about 3 Aromasin's all cycle so far as I was building - I aromatase moderately I would describe. I haven't taken any in the last month - Absolutely smooth sailing with the primo ratio

The Reta I can Solely contribute (outside of diet changes) to my Lipid and HBA1C profiles greatly improving guys!
Zenith 100% is rocking some solid Reta. Ya boy is healing and blasting !!



GYM: Gonna be hitting glute day as I drop the weight while on a cut and work on form. Weak points are highlighted for myself currently are: Glutes and Hammies both from a strength and aesthetic perspective.

I been watching my LIPID profile and HBA1C - You'll see on the Lipid profile last year I was excessively high (on cycle too)
Vs NOW on cycle. Great improvements.

HBA1C: Previous to this year and focusing on this health: within the last 4-5 years I have yoyo-d between 5.8 and 6.2.
Currently at 5.3 - I no longer have any low blood sugar episodes - I can't describe to you how much better I feel. I should have done some of this years ago but the old ego had no problems with being a big boy.

If you can't be assed scrolling to my intro: I loved being a big boy, I had no issues whatsoever seeing a big gut in the mirror because I lifted heavy ass weights and haven't been under 100kg since I was 17 (I'm 5"6", 167cm)

I got breathing issues, Born this way: Moderate asthma all year round, Growth in my airway, at Birth was flown to Adelaide to have a lung operations (I'm from Darwin) lungs were smaller than they should have been at birth.
Been on corticosteroids all my life (this has massively contributed to my eating habits) Been a ravenous kid my whole life.

Anyway MASSIVE WIN FOR BUCK AND ZENITH TEAM!!

This health faze and blood work is one of those things that are just proving to myself this new lifestyle choice is good for me. My breathing is Insanely good now, I can run for more than 50m without feeling my pulse smashing my brain trying to get oxygen haha!

Mate, this is exactly the sort of update we love seeing.

10kg down from your starting point while running a productive training phase is a massive achievement in itself, but what stands out most here isn't the scale weight. It's the improvements in the markers that actually matter long term.

The drop in HbA1c, improved lipid profile, better cardiovascular fitness, improved breathing capacity, and the complete absence of the low blood sugar episodes you were previously experiencing are all huge wins. Given your history with asthma, corticosteroid use, and being over 100kg for most of your adult life, those changes are significant.

The fact that bodyweight has been relatively stable for the past 8 weeks isn't something I'd be concerned about either. You're now 5.5 weeks into the Test/Primo phase, training performance is improving, recovery is up, and you're actively bringing up weak points. It's very common to see scale weight slow or stall while body composition continues to improve under those conditions.

Your bloodwork is also lining up with what you're feeling subjectively. More energy, better breathing, improved training quality, and better metabolic markers is exactly the outcome we're aiming for.

Really appreciate the feedback regarding the Reta and KLOW. It's great to hear the elbow is already responding well and that the overall protocol is helping you stay consistent both inside and outside the gym.

Keep doing exactly what you're doing. Stay focused on performance, recovery, health markers, and body composition rather than chasing scale weight alone. The next phase is about continuing to build on the foundation you've already established.

I've struggled with those markers for YEAARS. and I know they would have improved without Reta if I chose to lose weight and give up the cheesecake. but to see it drastically improve is testament as well to the gear supplied is un-real.
People at work have stopped complimenting me and now everyone's asking me how I'm doing it heh heh ;).

I never had pretty Privilege either.
Getting smiles from servers and discounts at shops now haha.
