Hey bro I spoke to my bro and he said it isn't TOO bad. He said, as alot of people would say, to ease up on the juice. He said you that your left ventricle walls have thickened some and this in turn causes the higher blood pressure. Take medication for the bp and keep the diet in check. To make sure you are progressing, go get tests maybe once/twice a year....a myocardial performance test w/wo excersise along with the echo. He did warn me though that a worst case scenario if it continued to worsen would be a heart or brain aneurism (artery/vein bursting), but that's if it kept getting thicker and thicker. Hope this helps, and I hope it all goes smoothly for you.
I really can't believe some of you guys. Not TOO BAD. This must be the BIZARRE EF, instead of the usual EF. (Kayko, no directed at you but you're not very experienced in long cycles and their effects)
1. Taking medication for the BP is a STOP-GAP measure.
2. His left ventricle walls have thickened....do you simply think they will stay
the same if he keeps on using that amount of AAS? Hell, no.
3. The echogram, I can tell you right now will be abnormal.
4. Brain aneurism???
What on earth is your brother thinking? Intercraneal pressure is kept CONSTANT. It never changes unless its trauma induced(E.g. the brain swells due to a concussion). The most likely scenario is a problem with his heart(Too many variables to mention a specific thing...but most likely is that the left ventricle of his heart wall could become so thick that his BP would rise and he'd have high BP for extended periods of time. Which over time would cause terrible harm to his internal organs). High BP is deemed the silent killer after all.
I have done extended cycles...and right now you HAVE to REST and let your heart repair itself. Which it can. I have done enough research into that specific field that I can say that your heart is not too far gone.
Anyways...Galaxy:
1. Drop all AAS except a VERY low test dosage: 200mg/week
(Going cold turkey right now would just not be the best thibg to do)
Use Novaldex at 10mg/day to keep your lipid levels in check.
2. Get it through your head that you will not be competing or lifting weights for at least 6 months. The pressure generated by weights on the heart is quite massive. Its only 6 months.......you have the rest of your life...what 40 years more? The choice here is obvious.
Ok, now the supplements to take to help regenerate your heart in 6 months.
You have to maximize the amount of oxygen that gets delivered to your heart, and also repair the ventricle walls.
1. R-ALA: 1000mgs/day Increases oxygen transport to the heart by 32%
2. Co-Q10: Acts synergisitically with R-ALA. 100mg/day Or, you could use the new Synthetic Idebenone(A stronger form of Co-Q10) at 50mg/day)
3. Acetyl-L-Carnitine(Most important nutrient of all) 10g/day AlCar has been shown to make the ventricle walls of 80 year old men into those of 30-40 year old men. It is the PREMIER heart wall agent repair substance.
4. Green Tea(Standardized for 50% ECGC, 90% catechins and 60% Polyphenols): 2000mg/day Has been shown to have numerous hear protective properties, and will help protect your heart while the other supplemments are doing their job of repairing it.
5. R-ALA+AlCar+GT also will demolish all the free radicals produced by the increased oxygen delivered to your heart so that no damage is done.
6. Magnesium/Calcium/Zinc 1000mg magnesium/2000mg calcium. 45mg Zinc
Now, for your immediate BP needs:
L-Taurine(An amino acid): 15g/day It has been shown to be extremely effective in lowering BP in BB'ers.
Diet:
Preferably isometric(33/33/33) or zone(30/30/40) or 40/40/20 due to the fact that keeping insulin and blood glucose levels stable is paramount for tissue repair.
Thats about it. If you have any other questions.....just ask.
