I would like to lose some weight asap ( about 25 lbs) and I was wondering if replacing two of my daily meals with a protein shake would be a good idea, I exercise 4 times a week too, thanks
eat less food overall. replacing one meal with protein shakes (a scoop is around 120-150) will be less calories depending on how big your meal is (which is likely the case)
