replacing dinner with almonds

would this be a good choice to control hunger at night which is the time I get very hungry and sometimes I end up eating what I'm not supposed to, thank you.

I eat almonds when I wake-up hungry; gets me back to sleep and I just count it in my macros for the next day.

Better to replace it with cottage cheese or cazein drink, they will feed your muscles up to 6 hours.

You're hungry cos you're not eating an evening meal. Why not just have 3 meals a day like most people just adjust the size of the portions so as to, as we're assuming, help you lose weight?

Almonds are very calorie dense. They are a health food, absolutely, but very very calorie dense. You can easily eat 1000 calories of almonds if you eat them mindlessly.

High volume low calorie foods like broccoli, carrot sticks, mushrooms, cucumber etc. would be a much better option. You can eat a massive tray of them and it will only contain around 100 calories.

If you are trying to loose weight, the best dinner you could consume would be 6-8oz of a lean protein + a massive platter of fresh cut vegetables.

Too many calories in almonds to be having them as a nighttime snack. Go with a non-caffeinated tea and some raw veggies if you need to snack. Also, just get used to the feeling of being hungry. It is actually a good thing if you are trying to cut!
