I didn’t make it to the gym until after 6 so I did what I could in a short about of time, maybe an hour, 26 min of which was Cardio Post weights+ 10 min warm before weights… I will force down the PB next time so I get in more that 1300 some odd cals…. I had a random nose bleed on my way home, thankfully my neighbors weren’t outside cuz I had blood all over my face & hands lol… I guess on Grey’s Anatomy (I don’t watch it but someone here told me) there was an episode with a guy who had sinus issues, then a nose bleed then it was some kind of brain hemorrhage.. so ya, freaked me out a little bit with all the sinus/head/migraine issues …. Etc. ANYWHO, another big test tonight…going to try to study. Happy Monday!

Well, I decided to sleep in today. For the umpteenth time this week … took 3 CB again and it made me sick… SO Ill knock it back down to TWO I GUESS…. I made it to the gym late again but got in my baby weights, then PWO cardio… My legs were wobbly and I had to chill more than usual to make sure I could FINISH. I’d split the weight & Cardio but I have school and Ill never know when Ill get out… gym closes at 9. (I think it does anyway?? Brain fxn looooooooooooooooooooooooooow) … cant fall asleep at night… trying to get something to help with that for the last month or so.. no luck… have to have follow up with my doc b4 help can be provided and well, with the insurance issue, I have to wait until June 1st for the new plan to take effect.

Soooooooooooooooooooooooooo I am beat.. Got my carbs into today, yum… and have class tonight. We are behind so mission to cram 4 chapters at LEAST into 3 hours… which should be FUN! I want to go BACK to the gym tonight If I get out early… I feel my am workout was not up to par. Blah blah blah … Im a brat today. I know what else is new :evil: …. *B* = BRAT :D

Random things that came up
* My friend (trainer) from the gym made it a point to ask me if I got my BF done b/c over the last few days Im visibly leaner… funny b/c the whole time prior to that I was wondering how the heck I was going to sprint… that helped. Thanks BOB!!!. This reminds me that my Yoga/Pilates lady ALSO told me the other day… “I have to tell you Mandi, your dedication is impressive and admirable. You need to know that. Keep up the great work…” I cried during my sprints them accepted my award and thanked the academy… :D She is one of those people that opinion really MATTERS to me… very positive influence in my life. Awesome spirit.

* My boss commenting that my new plate of food was just as big as the one I just had when he was in the kitchen not too long ago… I said .. “ahh the joys if being able to lose fat while eating over 2000 cals is great now isn’t it…” Hey it’s not a lie, I just cut on 18-2200 cals last feb :D

* My co worker , whom I LOFF to death, told me, “Hey your boobs are huge, not in a bad way like a good way… looks great…” :lmao:

Monday final review, wed BIG test on the chapters we TRIED to cover, following Monday May 14th final ... I need to do my paper, time running out.

Morning!!! I feel fantastic! I got my 8 hours of sleep in (k maybe 9) ...

Ill have to admit not lifting weights since last year, then adding them back in SLOWLY & LIGHT, I get a little soreness all over again like when I 1st started... but just a little. :D

I honestly am just not into lifting right now... Im glad the workouts are short & quick. I'd rather not be in the weight room... wonder how long this will last lol.

Things that exhaust me... SCHOOL & work... Im cool with the Bunny Based comp Prep with my limitations. I am enjoying it (haha Sarge I know you think Im nuts).

Im not sure I will ever go back to Med School route but I def. want to go in that direction ... medical side... but that world is SO skewed by politics, rxn drugs, I just know there is help out there that is not being pursued b/c cures = no money for drug companies and the like... Ill find a better way to get to where I need to be., somehow.

It says ALOHA and those are little pineapples hanging off the white one. I got it years ago in FL , the bottoms are way too small, like XS, not kidding...

Id like to wear some of the suits TSO does, but Im shy haha can ya believe it?! Id also get kicked off any beaches ...

Only thing I can say is the fat melted off the delts... and other parts ... I havent done anything to specifically target them for 'growth' in a long time ...

I will not let it happen again...

I just forced, and literally FORCED myself to not get off the tread until 600 cals were burned... I kept telling myself not to quit, dont quit, dont quit.. I think it was at 650 cals by the time I was done & headed off for calves... I foam rolled out , and hit my shins b/c my left ant tib is acting up a bit.


It's so nice outside, WOW. Well Im going to eat, try to clean some and make this unplanned day off a bit productive before class tonight. Hope everyone had a great weekend.

I will not let it happen again...

I just forced, and literally FORCED myself to not get off the tread until 600 cals were burned... I kept telling myself not to quit, dont quit, dont quit.. I think it was at 650 cals by the time I was done & headed off for calves... I foam rolled out , and hit my shins b/c my left ant tib is acting up a bit.


It's so nice outside, WOW. Well Im going to eat, try to clean some and make this unplanned day off a bit productive before class tonight. Hope everyone had a great weekend.

watching the calories go by is sort of like watching water boil. lolol it's teh suck. I switch the machine over to 'cals per minute' instead. I actually do better this way - by almost 50 calories per session. I trick myself! ;)

I SO know what you mean girl...

I play little mind games like that all the time... The cals on the machine are about 150-200 off from the cals on my HR monitor, depending on the tread. SO when I see 600 on there and want to quit, I know my watch only says 400... phuckers!

Mental bunny torture... tread today said 819 before i got off, watch was at 650 per my HR monitor, so this one was a little better... and the chick next to me who wanted to read her book, when I think she changed her mind after about 10 minutes lol...

It's a daily battle these days but It will be fine soon, 2nd 3rd 4th wind lol :) test tonight, final next monday then 2.5-3 weeks to kill it... :)

3) Look at what you are accomplishing - 99.98% of the people on the planet dont' even have the cahonies to pursue this
4) Just keep focused on that moment you hit the stage in all the sparkles - shit girl - you GOTTA share those suits under the lights in all their glory w/ at a minumum 400 people!
