Hi people, been of this website due to a stupid security issue on my browser..but its all good.

Weight (havent weighed in over a month..) around 170lbs

Age 21

BF % 13

i haven't worked out properly lately due to funding issues , haven't set foot in my gym because im in a minor money situation.

I still cant go back till the end of this month, and REALLY hoping people can help me with what i can do to not loose to much mass. (ALso how long will it take to pit back on)

Any pointers will help. Dietary , Home workouts, motivation? ., anything please.

Keep your diet as best as you can with 1 -1.5 g's protein per lb body weight daily and avoid cardio. Your muscle and strength will come back quickly depending on how long you have had off and what your diet has been like.

ok, so if i keepp the protein intake as a decent level i should be able to hold/maintain my mass? i have lost weight i can tell

I think theory would suggest you can if your meeting maintenance calories. If I fall off the rails a bit I don't eat as well so I have never tried it too see. I doubt that you would be able too though but definitely keeping a solid diet with high protein would at the very least slow down muscle loss. It will come back bro, sometimes shit happens so do your best and when you can get back in the gym and kill it.

before i had access to a gym i was doing pushups, crunches, pullups, etc... you can go to a playground and get a hell of a workout on the jungle gym stuff..

and you can fill a trash bag up with water and use that for bicep-curls..
