. Pay attention to the words i say. My bench has gone up 5LBS. since i have cycled off. When i was on the d-bol my bench went up 45 lbs. Im not a beginner and i have done my homework on my training. the only thing i lacked was my diet. you all helped a bunch, and i am training my muscles different too. im gigving them more rest and working them differently. i know its best to change the workout and shock the muscles different. For the month of march i am going to be taking protein and this powder i bought called vapor. Suppost to be good shit. ill find out today. Try not to treat me like a fuckin retard. I may not be as big but you have to start somewhere. I know it may not be smart to jump in to gear right away but im not stacking like a body builder or nothing. Its just a jump start. Remember that.
