Hi everyone, I have a question, if you eat raw red meat will you still get all the proteins than if it were cooked?, i ask this because I like the taste of it raw and prefer to eat it this way.

i like a bleu filet.. but sear the hell outta the surface as hot as you possible can, seasoned well and cooked this way you get the best of both worlds.
