Raw Eggs

Hi All,

Is it ok to mix in raw eggs in a blender with my protein shake ? I'm looking for a quick, good breakfast.

1] protein shake = protein
egg white = protein
so why would you add the whites ?

2] raw eggs = possible (though small) risk of salmonella

I add them and have never had any problems.
