Hi guys gonna do my first pro h cycle of epi strong i have a plan below would be great to get info and suggestions on it to make it better. Thanks

run two weeks before and if any left run throughout pct.
1 - 5 epi (maybe add a 6th week)
first few days i might run it at 15mg
30/30/45/45/45
1 - 5 forma stanzol
not sure on the dose/how long to run it for, any help please.
PCT:
5 - 10 Forged Post Cycle
Untill it runs out
5 - 10 nolva
20/20/10/10
5 -10+ test infusion
Use it till it runs out
Daily Supps:
orange triad
creatine
on whey
Diet:
3500k+ cals
45% protien
45% carbs
10% fat
Stats:
Height 5'9
Weight 13 stone
BF# Around the 14 mark.
Diet consumes mainly of steak, chicken, eggs, white bread, pasta rice, soup, peanut butter, full fat milk and usual veg and fruit. Also prolly over a gallon of water a day.
