All this is is a rant. If you have something else better to do please do so...if not read on!!
I have this co worker that I went to high school with and have worked with for years. We started working out together about 6 months ago. We talked about doing gear. He had done some in the past but with no PCT or knowledge of what he was doin.
He is one of those guys that when you try to tell him something he somehow knows something better or totally ignores what I say! (regarding gear).
He is strong but he is only 5' 6"ish and I'm 6'3"!! And he brags about how he benches more than me when I have to move the bar a foot more than him!!
So I have done an assload of research on the subject of cycles(thanks EF.com!!) and decided I was gonna do a Test Prop cycle. He decides to join me after doing absolutely no research of his own!! Even telling him about the site.
We get the gear, I suggested getting a calender and keeping track of his pins, ai dosage, etc. He doesn't and one week in he has already "accidentally" took a pin out of schedule.
And don't get me started on his diet!!
The week we started our cycle, I'm at work eating breakfast (Oatmeal w/ ANPB and protein powder mixed in) an apple, toast and 4 egg whites. He comes in with a brown paper bag with grease soaked thru it and pulls out a nasty ole Sausage and egg biscuit!! Then he has a little debbie Nutty Buddy (dipped in Peter Pan PB, "for extra protein") for break and then eats a can of my tuna for lunch! I think there was a doughnut thrown in there too. I'm not sure what he ate after that but I'm sure it was shit.
Next day?

His diet also consist of Lean Pockets!! Sometimes 2 a day!! Also spoonfuls of Peter Pan PB.
I have quit trying to give any advice or help what so ever. He just won't fucking listen!!
I am secretly hoping that I have much better results and everybody at work comments on my growth and never says a word on his.
