at the gym made my day today!

So I'm in my own little world beating the crap out of my back and bi's when.........

I'm doing this thing I do for my back.. not sure the name but basically keep your hands straight and pull straight down... my last exercise and I do uber reps.

Music blaring and I can see this guy behind me... looks like hes talking to me so when I finish my set I mute my music to hear what he's saying.

He says... Wow your back looks amazing! Damn you're ripping up! Good Job you can tell you're working hard. And then he just stood there and watched me do my last set.

Damn it feels good when someone you don't even know... never talk to at all notices the hard work you're putting in... and acknowledges it.

I'm a happy Frisky today

haha happened to me this morning too.. i have been wearing alot less clothing at the gym because of the weather and ppl seem to be noticing my arm muscle....it's hilarious

The best was last weekend I was walking out of the mall to my car & this cop car I guess cruising the parkign lot pulls up next to me while I'm walking and goes "Hey Girl! What gym you work out at?"
