I think from reading the artikle that he is a music celebrity and the girl was old enough to maybe be excited by that and want to have sex with him. I am unfortunately a bit of a expert on children porno and i can say with experience that this is not it. Certainly what he did was wrong but a prison time is not right for this.

It said she was between 13 and 16. They don't really know. She was born in 84 but the tape could have been made between 1997 up until this past February.
I saw part of the tape and that girl did not look 13 that's for sure.
