I don't think he was getting head from a little girl was he? I don't think I would call him a "pedophile"...although I agree with you that pedophiles are very sick people.

But let's be honest, if the minor in this video is a sexually mature 16 or 17 year old girl, it is still illegal but who can honestly call him a pedophile? That's a bit extreme.

Maybe you are right but I think if he is attracted to 13 year old's physically then there must be an element of peaodophilia in the physical act, no matter how sexually mature she may be.

However, if she presented herself as being older than that is perhaps a different matter, not peodophillia.

I thought peadophillia mean 'the love of children'...... so it's surely his perception and his motives that should be examined in this situation.

Yeah you're right. I just didn't know how old she was when I first posted that. When I read the MTV article, all it said was something about Kelly having sexual acts with a minor and then videotaping the ordeal.
