According to to the article the girl was 13 at the time...can't quickly find his age..

But I think, from reading that one article, that the charges are all from that one instance of having sex with a minor...not that he has tons of kiddie porn on his PC or anything.

Not that I think it's ok to have sex with a 13 yo, but some 13 yo's these days are into sex....

I don't think he was getting head from a little girl was he? I don't think I would call him a "pedophile"...although I agree with you that pedophiles are very sick people.

But let's be honest, if the minor in this video is a sexually mature 16 or 17 year old girl, it is still illegal but who can honestly call him a pedophile? That's a bit extreme.

Well yeah, that's a bit extreme. I've seen some hot-ass 16 and 17 year olds that looked waaaay to mature for their real ages but I can't say I've ever looked at a 13 year old girl and thought about tappin' dat ass. That's kind wierd.
