i get commission for getting people to sign up for more sessions

i also get commission for people that sign in under my name, ie refer people to my gym. also get commission when people PIF pay in full

Oh and my 19 y/o boss is the GM of this place, shes been working there for a year and she helps the grand opening of the place in other gyms. This is a company within a gym, not an actual gym.

Do you do 1/2 HR sessions or 1 HR? They were paying trainers 8$ per 30 minutes sessions and 16$ per one hour sessions back when I interviewed for a position with them in DEC 05. So I guess things haven't changed much, have they? Guess what? I got the job (obviously, I was beyond qualified) but after I did the math I said, "NO THANKS. I've already been taken advantage of enough by Work Out World and am not looking to make a lateral move."

The company wouldn't happen to be "Body of Change" would it, the ones that work out of LA Fitness? If it is... LMFAO You go boy, you go.

^^ Some of THE WORST PT's in the fitness industry (not to mention their group fitness instructors) work for them. So NOW I believe you.

How do I know?

I've been a member of LA Fitness for nearly 3 years. I do a bit of traveling so I joined there because they have gyms all over the country. I use the facilities whenever I go out of town. There are also several facillities in the area, I've used many of them. Across the board whether in the state of Texas or any other state I've traveled to THE TRAINERS SUCK.



You will fit right in Gladiator. Please feel free to post up your first month's paychecks. Somehow I don't think any of us will be impressed. But hey you are working for "the love of helping people of all ages with an assortment of goals and limitation" so you really don't care if you can barely eek out a living while busting your ass.

Rock on my sinning brother... you are going to heaven anyway. I mean, that is if you DO die before you get old and boring like us.... or did I understand correctly that is "the only way" you would NOT go to heaven?

He is only in it to make mad bank and poke a 19 yr old so stupid as to think he has great legs. She must work around a lot of old people.
