quick question

hey guys ive got a quick question over gyno, if i take nolvadex for a long time i know it will prolly take away the lumps but im more concerned with the fat that has devolped, its nothing huge but its really annoying. would nolvadex ever take that fat away or is surgery my best option

If you have lumps, hard lumps, surgery is the only option. The "fat" is probably tissue buildup under your nipples, Nolvadex will get rid of tissue. It will not get rid of fat.
