Questions with chest

Yeah I agree with everything Wrestler is saying. IT most likely is fat regardless of the amount of weight you lift. You need to look into cardio and stress some shaping exercises for your chest such as doing some cable work. And any one who has "frat" in their name probably has BEER as their pre and post-workout drink.
And Wrestler, how could you be an exercise science major???
Never heard of that.
 
The degree is kinesiology, but the concentration is exercise science. Its the best major at the school. I take classes on all the shit we talk about here on the boards. You would love it.

Basically what was siad abov, but on other thing, what exercises do you do for your chest? What exrcise are you repping 275 on? I bet it's the Bench Press, NOT necessarily the best exercise for the best looking chest- Try Incline presses- barbell, dumbell, or Smith machine and some type of flying motion. Train them HARD, reduce your calorie intake abourt 300-500 a day and your chest shoud look beter soon.

I'm taking all the classes on all the stuff we talk about here on the boards too, like veterbrate physiology, histology, anatomy. I'm majoring in Biology and minoring in Chem.
