I'm back from my cruise and really scale wise didnt put on any weight. Now that im back, im ready to start back on a diet. Now at 19.7% body fat is it totally necessary to count my grams of Fat, Protein and Carbs? Or could I possibly eat healthy, as in salads and lean meats and veggies while i lift and do cardio until i plateau? At this point go to a counting of grams taken in. I I figured if i can eat a healthy diet while not counting all this and still see results i should be fine. Then once i hit the plateau, go to a cutting diet. Anyways, thoughts on this would be appreciative before I start back.

That's what I did... I'm sure and almost possitive you'd have faster results if you started counting now though. Save it for the plateau if you'd like...

Sounds like you want someone to agree with you, which I am... but I will say AGAIN... you'd have much faster results eating super clean and counting right away.

Don't forget to keep adjusting your macros for the ever changing weight otherwise you'll be eating maintenance or even bulking if you keep eating the same amount you were at a higher weight. get me?

Hey... i still want to try that bread receipe.. lol, wow I'm surprized I remembered that one.

Change my macros weekly i assume since I weigh myself every monday?

I really wasnt looking for someone to agree with me, just wanted input. It made sense to me, but if Im going to do it, i mine as well not half ass it and do it all the way the first time. I was doing it before the cruise so I can do it after.

Cruise went well. Weight didnt really change. The we were on 5th floor of the boat and all the good stuff happend 9 and up. So i was constantly up and down the stairs. Not to mention the three to four mile walk to the beach in the keys and another 5 miles in the bahamas. We didnt want to get a cab, plus 3 miles you get to see a lot.
 
--->keep in mind that to lose weight/BF, the formula is to eat 10-12X you body weight(lbs) in calories. Fitday.com is where you can get a general guideline. What ever kind of breakdown/diet you want to do is completely up to you and what your body responds the best to. Eating 'healthy' is good but if you are eating tons and tons of calories, you will gain weight. If you are eating too little calories, you might lose some weight initially but will then shut down your metabolism. If I were you, I would start now. WHy make this process even longer? Also, are you going to be taking any drugs/supps? Just wondering... :qt:
 
Before I was using T-rex only...this time im not going to use anything till i plateau that way i can have the supplements to use to get past that point

at that time ill get opinions on good stacks and such
