WELL, LIKE I SAID, I HAVE SEEN A DIFFERENCE BUT I WANT TO BE BIGGER...I'M JUST IMPATIENT I GUESS AND I WOULD LOVE TO SEE RESULTS OVER NIGHT BUT IT AIN'T HAPPENING. I'M STILL GONNA WORK MY ASS OFF THOUGH SO WE'LL SEE WHAT HAPPENS...AND I GOTTA FIND A NEW TRAINING PARTNER TO KEEP ME LIFTING HEAVY OTHERWISE I GET LAZY

SG22 -- have you worked w/ a trainer? Wondered if you can find someone who can at least point out training changes that might provide bigger muscle gains for you? In general I've gotten most of my major gains from working w/ a partner who can help me with those last 2-3 reps so when I walk out of the gym I'm actually limping out. But note that I got those gains at the expense of getting some tendonitis and also suffering a little from over training. What ever you do, GO SLOW and allow SUFFICIENT recovery time.

Supergirl...I hear what youare saying....but to take gear because "you want it now" is a BAD idea. A/S is NOT a magic bullet. If you do not have time, knowledge, discipline well under your belt you will be wasting your money and worse yet, may experience sides (FOR LIFE)...for what? - MINIMAL RESULTS that you could've achieved W/O the use of A/S?

Don't misunderstand. I am not pro/con A/S use. What I AM AGAINST is misinformation and ignorance. You have come to the right place if you want education both technical and practical. A/S is not something to "try just to see". Stick it out and in time you will be able to make the right - EDUCATED decisions for you and you alone!
