Please, please excuse my ignorance, but I was going over old threads and having a read on this board and looked at an old thread I replied to about Martial Arts, and I was telling the Board how my partner was teaching me Muay Thai, he is an instructor and English Champion.
Anyway alot of people in that thread mentioned BJJ.
We'll I'm new to this sport so bear with me, and I haven't even asked him yet, but what does this acronym stand for, I've never heard of it.
Do we have it here in the UK?
Once it's explained I'll know if it's US only or not.
