Cheers Glad. I'm in the UK so my gym works in kg, I try to add 2.5kg each workout. I just convert it into llbs for the sake of the board.
I think my stance might have been a bit narrower this week like Spector, I'll see if I can get a video on Friday morning and will try to post it up so you can see where I might be going wrong. Really wanna nail these things =D
