Question On Milk Thistle And M1T

Hey all! I finally picked up some milk thistle for 7$, the GNC brand. Im taking 5mg of M1T daily, thinking of running it for 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Should I take the milk thistle during or after the cycle. If I take it during Im concerned it might detox me of the steroid and kill the effects. Any feedback on this is greatly appreciated!!
 
i would say take it during the cycles... how much did u plan on using? I used around 800- 1000 mgs a day while on M1T

ThanX brother!! I was planning on using 140mg according to the label (2 pills) haha. Hopefully itll do something. Im only on 5mg a day of the M1T also. ThanX again brother!!
 
I use 1000mg of milk thistle everyday during my last 3 cycles. I havent noticed that it has halted any of my gains compared to cycles ran without it. good luck man.

Weren't you the tough guy who wasn't worried about your liver earlier this week ;-) Just kidding around with ya. It's better to be safe then sorry

haha ThanX brother! I agree!! It wasnt so much that I wasnt worried , I was just fed up with all these set backs lately in the gym (hurricanes,back injury followed by more back sprains then I can count,shoulder pain, thought I had a hernia). Theres been many more setbacks this year then usual. The biggest problem being my bench press. It keeps getting knocked back down just as I hit a peak. Then I come back stronger, but the process fucks with me. For example I hit 10 reps with 315, felt I was right around the corner from 405 then the first hurricane hits and Im out of the gym 9 days and without power for 3-5 days. Eating suffers enough for me to drop 8lbs. When I get back to the gym I hit 5 reps with 315. Fucking weak. Then for over a month I cant break 5 reps, or at the most 6. Then another hurricane comes through, but only knocks power out for one day and stores open up much sooner. I hate to bust my ass for months just to be where I once was. Especially when it was a week ago! haha But this is always the case with my bench. I lose strength and size on my chest rapidly and it takes VERY long to get back any little loss. When my bench suffers I feel like shit all around, but Ill hit everything else just as hard, if not harder and sometimes Im able to make gains on my arms while back and chest fall behind (like after the injury). I still had some M1T left and just decided to go for it again and hopefully break my previous bests and be able to maintain it much longer. I was going to do it regardless at this point, but figured Id try to stay somewhat healthy. Dont want anymore setbacks at the moment. haha Keep KILLING that shit brother!!
