I was reading the ALL Natural Peanut butter diet by Mr. X. I found that he takes the weight 200 X 12 to get a BMR figure of 2,400 calories.
Then I did a search and founfd a BMR calculator that ask for ht.,wt, age, and gender which came up to 1,800 calories which is 540 calories less. So Which one is correct to base my figures on. Any info. appreciated.
