Yes. (And thanks for the "great job"!)
I'm not sure how long I'm going to keep going...I've got enough for a few more weeks. I was thinking of splitting it up into two short cycles, but I'm thinking now of doing one long one. I'm using PaperVar. My body fat is still higher than I want it to be, but it's lower than it was when I started. (I haven't had it measured...I guage it by pinching my belly, and by visually noticing changes: starting to see lines down my abs, much less dimpling below my butt, definition in my thighs and arms, etc.)
My yoga instructor today said that I must be training hard (I am), because she can see my body changing. I love watching myself do yoga...my arms look incredible (for me, anyway). My deltoids are getting nice and round, and my triceps are popping out. (And when I flex, my right bicep, just within the last week, has a little peak to it. That's NEVER happened before!)
The best part is the functional strength. I did some gardening a couple of days ago, and lifting the bags of soil and compost was so easy! It used to be such a chore. And of course there's the ability to carry and play with my big-for-her-age daughter, which was my primary motivation to get strong in the first place.
That is terrific. PaperVar is so awesome...I'm currently taking it too, and I really really love it.
Keep the great results coming!
