My girlfriend is 28 and has 2 kids. She is in great shape but she of course thinks she has one big problem spot. Its the spot at the top of the hamstring and right under the butt. She just cant seem to get rid of that last little bit of cellulite. Any info would be greatly appreciated by her. Thanks.

A topical solution? I know people that have used them and they never work. Does anyone have any other ideas?

Do a search for this one - it's called Yohimburn ES.

If you search this site, you will have at least 100 people saying how amazing it is......it does work :)

I didn't think it would work either - but it DOES......

In addition, review the diet to see if it is truly optimized to get over the hump w/ those serious trouble spots. And also lunges, step-ups, "sissy squats" (unweighted squats or squats holdign a plate instead of a true squat rack squat).

To give a bit more detail - I've incorporated walking lunges, step ups, weighted sissy squats to my warm up prior to every workout, not just leg day. Makes a big difference in whittling away at the ass & hams.
