Question for all of the Personal Trainers

How much do you charge per session? How do you advertise your business? What Insurance do you have if any?

The reason i am asking is because i want to compare rates in different states.

I can tell you in NYC the good ones get 75$ an hour-on long island they get 40$ per session

Thanks that helps because i live across the river. I work in a gym full time and i was curious to see how much others were charging because i am salaried.

The one I'm going to is $45 an hour.

In gym I'm 75 an hour. At home, dependigng on how many sessions they buy and if they pay in cash, we can negotiatie.

i work for bally's so P.T. sales are in packages. for example 25 sessions is 979.00

anywhere from 49-66 an hour. most of the time, i want to work with people more frequently so i'll go with $49 an hour.

$250 a month includes the gym training program and diet.

That is for 4 sessions a week 30 to 45 minutes training plus cardio.
