Question about Protein.

I'm not sure how it works, as in times to eat high content protein? For example, a week ago or so I ate a whole pack of Boneless Tyson Chicken Breast, almost around 300grams of protein. I ate half after I worked out and the other half around 4-5 hours later. I noticed since that time last week I had some gains in my flat BB bench and in other areas the current weight is getting easier. I don't know the stuff I should say as what I'm doing right now but I say Carb up/down days concept, I was wondering is there a certain way I should eat my protein?

I have Natural All Egg White liquid in a carton and was curious about when I should drink it, or when I should eat my chicken and such. I'm losing weight but I want to feed my muscles so they don't disappear. Made a post few weeks back and I'm down to 220 now. Adding in cardio in this week starting tomorrow.
 
eating 150g of protein in one serving???? you need to break that up over about 4 meals bro......

your 220lbs....looking to get lean but still keep on mass right? i would try and eat about 300g of protein throughout the day...not over 2 meals

your diet should look like 40% pro 30% carbs 30% fats

try and eat every 2-3 hours....

1-2 gallons of water a day

read up.,...tons and tons of info here about dieting
 
Oh I've been reading, I visit the forums every day and try to find stuff I haven't found to improve my diet. I meant to break it up the protein over 3-4 meals, I didn't know I could eat a pound and half of chicken in two sittings. I'm raising my calories the healthy way since I'm adding cardio in. So I've got brown rice to cook today, two packages of pork chops and some more chicken. Was just curious how long it stayed in my body.

Also I drink a gallon and half of water a day. Those 4ounce shot glasses I use to binge drink with help me gulp down the water real easily so I don't get sick of sipping on it.

Also, on Omega 3 Oil, can anyone recommend one to buy? Like Cod Liver Oil or anything? I want to start taking these, but I eat an All Natural PB Sandwhich everyday before work too and I thought I had read it had the good fats in it.
