Question about my weight loss

It all depends. There is no way to calculate exactly how many calories you are burning every day. Especially if you are encountering a metabolic slowdown.

There are so many factors that come in to play. But the quick answer is no, just because you are creating a 3500 calorie deficit (in theory), doesn't necessarily equate to 1lbs of fat or 1lbs of weight loss per day.

Ok, thanks.

The question was if im hitting the 3,000 calorie burn mark a day, would i be losing a pound a day.

The only answer i got to that question was the first post which said "nope". But what i dont understand is if 3,500 calories = a pound, then to my understanding it should be a pound a day.
I'm aware that there is going to be muscle loss, that is why i still weight lift so that i counter act that to some extent. But i just want to get a clear answer on my question.

bro you also have to understand that if you eat that low amount of calories your metabolism will be going very slow, which means the less calories your body will burn. if your metabolism is very slow you will not be burning 3,000 calories a day despite mathematic calculations. like sonic said, there is no way of telling how many calories you burn. you can only get a ballpark estimate.
