Question about feeling cold

The leaner I get and the stricter I diet, the colder I get. I think it's more to do with the strictness of the diet, and if it's about metabolic rate as W6 says, then that makes total sense - the stricter the diet, the bigger the metabolic crash.

In maintenance or bulking mode I have an extremely efficient heating and cooling system. Numerous people have exclaimed at my ability to stay warm or cool.

So I guess that leaves slight insulin resistance as the culprit in my fat-loss efforts seeming so challenging .... Or maybe I just hate dieting, ha ha ha ha.

The folks over on the thin page complain all the time about being cold.

I think it's to do with your energy reserves as well as body fat. If you eat 0 cals, you will have 0 cals to keep your body warm with. Some eating disordered folks develop Raynaud's Syndrome (bad circulation leading to constantly cold extremities) purely as a result of their disorder.

I find that I feel coldest in my appartment just before dinner, I complain that it's cold etc, then suddenly, 15 mins after eating, I'm not cold anymore. Alcohol also lowers body temperature, hence the "cold at 2am" phenomenon where everyone at a party in flimsy club gear suddenly starts to freeze lol. And my bodyfat isn't particularly low.

If you eat every 2 hours OTOH this should keep your metabolism, and therefore your heat generation, ticking over nicely, compensating for the lower body fat of you in-shape chicas.

circulation...

a question of interest.. among those of you that get cold AND use yohimburn.. do you notice a difference is "coldness" when using... their should be notable increased temp "feeling"..

I have a very high tolerance for cold...no matter if my bf% is up or down. My thermostat just tends to run a little hot...don't know exactly why.

I'm just exothermic...
