Just recently i've been experiencing doms. For example I won't be sore the day after DE lower but i will be sore the day after that. Is this normal?

always been my experience that legs are always more sore after two days than one day.

I'm not so sure you should be getting that sore on DE days though. possibly doing some active recovery moves the day after the workout will ease the soreness and help quicken your recovery.

I belive delayed onset muscle soreness is due to eccentric loading almost entirely, are you doing active recovery t3c? And are you doing you exercises with slow negatives?

Hmm

i'm not really sore THAT or anything...just slightly in my hammies.

I'm not consistent with my AR work...i should be.

You could always focus less on the eccentric part of your reps, however I don't recomend this, because it may reduce your gains. Also, if you give it time your body will adapt to your training, and doms will be reduced. If this has been persisting for some time, my next question would be about frequincy. How often do you train each body part, and how many days a week are you lifting?

You could try self-massage. Like rolfing. Grind the palm of your hand into your leg with the other hand on top of it as hard as you can. This will hurt quite alot temporaly but the pain will decrease after quite significantly.

Theres not much evidence to how much it will speed up healing. Some bodybuilders say it helps alot to get a professional massage, but maybe it just lowers there stress level and inturn allows you to heal better. Hmmmmmm?

You could try massaging one leg about 1/2 to 2 hours after a workout and see if its less sore then the other one the next day.

Another tip: Keep the protein high and get tons of water, your gonna need it with all that repair..
