hello everyone, this is my first post here, i been doing a bit of searching here but usually find things related to stacking clen with other things.. a couple months ago i was on a strict diet and was taking stacker 3 w/ephedra, spending 3-4 hours in the gym mainly doing cardio and some weight lifting i was about to get rid of 37lbs in about a month.
i have since gained the weight back and i will be going back to the gym as my current job permits me to, i was looking into taking clen instead of stacker this time around but i will like opinions on what else i should take clen with or what i should not do while on clen, i am not looking into producing more muscle just strictly dropping the weight..
any suggestions on other things to take instead of clean are welcomed aswell
