OK so my food fit included 3 Glucorell R caps,
1 small Hungry Howie's pizza w/triple bacon & extra cheese to which I ate the entire thing, and a 2 liter of diet pepsi which I haven't opened yet.

I've remained in a disgustingly self-induced and extremely bloated vegitative state for most of the afternoon/evening but I did manage to get laundry done. It rained all day so I couldn't have mowed the grass if I wanted to.

Gonna take some more excedrin migraine and head for bed. Tomorrow I have to make nice at my daughter's party.

G'nite everyone.

I spent some time over the last few weeks re-evaluating my commitment to my size reduction. (a more appropriate phrase)

I've been allowing my diet to slip more frequently & I'm less attentive to what I'm eating. I still track everything on Fitday but I absolutely dread the thought of trying to decide what to eat for meals. I suck at that and sometimes I'd rather not eat than to eat something wrong. If I could pay a nutritionist to say "you eat these meals on Monday and these on Tuesday....." I would.

I've been allowing my gym time to vanish because I'm so tired when I get home. There just isn't any energy left. I have some Cardio Breeze on it's way for me to try and I hope that resolves the energy issue. It would be really nice to have energy again and now I know why older people take naps.

I was really hoping the Trex would work. I had hoped that my body had changed enough over the years that I would be able to tolerate the stims. I didn't get jumpy and my heart didn't race like it used to with stims but even with drinking extra water and taking it with carbs like Macro & Ulter suggested I still got a migraine that just seem to last longer than usual.

Even with everything racing through my brain I can't let go of the fact that I really do want to be smaller and I'm willing to work at it. I need to take some time and really focus on getting my food & workouts lined out and I'm going to try and push myself for more cardio.

I have the Glucorell & Neurogenex to take this week and I'll see how those go but I will be scaling back on all the supps I'm taking. I'm going to go down to the bare essentials. Less confusing that way.

I need to get back to basics, simple but effective.
Simple food
Simple workouts
Simple supps

Ok, that's where my head is and has been. Sorry I haven't been keeping up with everyone's logs.
