I've been allowing my diet to slip more frequently & I'm less attentive to what I'm eating. I still track everything on Fitday but I absolutely dread the thought of trying to decide what to eat for meals. I suck at that and sometimes I'd rather not eat than to eat something wrong. If I could pay a nutritionist to say "you eat these meals on Monday and these on Tuesday....." I would.
I've been allowing my gym time to vanish because I'm so tired when I get home. There just isn't any energy left. I have some Cardio Breeze on it's way for me to try and I hope that resolves the energy issue. It would be really nice to have energy again and now I know why older people take naps.
I was really hoping the Trex would work. I had hoped that my body had changed enough over the years that I would be able to tolerate the stims. I didn't get jumpy and my heart didn't race like it used to with stims but even with drinking extra water and taking it with carbs like Macro & Ulter suggested I still got a migraine that just seem to last longer than usual.
Even with everything racing through my brain I can't let go of the fact that I really do want to be smaller and I'm willing to work at it. I need to take some time and really focus on getting my food & workouts lined out and I'm going to try and push myself for more cardio.
I have the Glucorell & Neurogenex to take this week and I'll see how those go but I will be scaling back on all the supps I'm taking. I'm going to go down to the bare essentials. Less confusing that way.
I need to get back to basics, simple but effective.
Simple food
Simple workouts
Simple supps
Ok, that's where my head is and has been. Sorry I haven't been keeping up with everyone's logs.

I found out what made my life so much easier was just keeping a basic diet and if I carved anything left that for a sturday cheat meal... Or only switched out one meal in the basic plan. So much easier and less stressful. I got over the idea that variety was the spice of life... Convenient is the spice of life!
Keep it up... you're doing a heck of a lot better then most. What made you eat the whole package of turkey bacon? Stressed, bored, taste? Try and identify what it is and have a way to recognize the brain waves and actions going on next time and figure out how to do something else... Idea anyway.

All of the above - It smelled really good, I was hungry, depressed & bored.
There won't be too much of this diet that changes and I think I can live with it.

***I loaded up on the turkey burgers and tried to avoid the cupcakes, cookies, pies etc. I've downed 32 oz CL & I don't know how many bottles of water. Bless their hearts they tried to make their goodies as "healthy" as they could because they know I was dieting.
