I've been allowing my gym time to vanish because I'm so tired when I get home. There just isn't any energy left. I have some Cardio Breeze on it's way for me to try and I hope that resolves the energy issue. It would be really nice to have energy again and now I know why older people take naps.

I was really hoping the Trex would work. I had hoped that my body had changed enough over the years that I would be able to tolerate the stims. I didn't get jumpy and my heart didn't race like it used to with stims but even with drinking extra water and taking it with carbs like Macro & Ulter suggested I still got a migraine that just seem to last longer than usual.

Even with everything racing through my brain I can't let go of the fact that I really do want to be smaller and I'm willing to work at it. I need to take some time and really focus on getting my food & workouts lined out and I'm going to try and push myself for more cardio.

I have the Glucorell & Neurogenex to take this week and I'll see how those go but I will be scaling back on all the supps I'm taking. I'm going to go down to the bare essentials. Less confusing that way.

I need to get back to basics, simple but effective.
Simple food
Simple workouts
Simple supps

Ok, that's where my head is and has been. Sorry I haven't been keeping up with everyone's logs.

I found out what made my life so much easier was just keeping a basic diet and if I carved anything left that for a sturday cheat meal... Or only switched out one meal in the basic plan. So much easier and less stressful. I got over the idea that variety was the spice of life... Convenient is the spice of life!
Keep it up... you're doing a heck of a lot better then most. What made you eat the whole package of turkey bacon? Stressed, bored, taste? Try and identify what it is and have a way to recognize the brain waves and actions going on next time and figure out how to do something else... Idea anyway.

Amen sista! I have a microwave, foreman grill, toaster oven & coffee pot - my stove is just taking up space.

All of the above - It smelled really good, I was hungry, depressed & bored.

There won't be too much of this diet that changes and I think I can live with it.

Ahhhh!! I know those feelings ALL TOO WELL!!

If you can - try & recognize these feelings before you chow down & do something else - such as listen to a good song, jump around, dance, punch something, etc etc so you will eventually learn not to associate these feelings with food......

Meal 1
AM supps - 8 oz water
1 pkt oatmeal
1 spoonful of vanilla soy protein
24 oz coffee w/FF creamer & splenda

Meal 2
1 small peach
.25 c Allbran w/xtra fiber
2 egg whites
1 Mussellmans Cherry applesauce cup
32 oz Wylers Cranberry drink

Meal 3
3 glucorell caps prior to meal
7 oz tuna
8 oz broccoli
2 Ryvita Dark Rye crackers
32 oz water

Meal 4
PM Supps
1 small peach
.25 c Allbran w/xtra fiber
2 egg whites
1 sf jello cup
?? water (I forgot how much water I drank with this meal)

6 oz steak strips

Cardio Breeze is definitely good sh*t. I usually hate any kind of stims but I don't really feel CB until I start exercising and then...wow....I just want to keep going a la Forest Gump!

Slept thru my alarm again, got up long enough to take 2 CB and go back to bed till they kicked in. Eyes literally popped open LOLOL

My knees and my right hip are killing me this morning. The hip I understand but wtf is up with my knees? *rolls eyes*

Spilled my coffee all over the seat of the car on the way to work & my lunch box is still at home. *bangs head on desk*

I refuse to have a bad day.

I really really really picked the wrong day to forget my lunch. :worried: forgot there was a pitchin today for June birthdays & to celebrate my smokefreeness (Yes, I forgot)

***I loaded up on the turkey burgers and tried to avoid the cupcakes, cookies, pies etc. I've downed 32 oz CL & I don't know how many bottles of water. Bless their hearts they tried to make their goodies as "healthy" as they could because they know I was dieting.

So far I've had 80+ oz of liquid, 32 oz was CL & the rest water, and I'm still drinking water.

4 tbsps of Milk of Mag because the jalapeno's in the Lowfat Spinach dip still aren't sitting very well. I'm afraid to eat anything else today. :sick:

For today I had:
coffee
2 cookies
2 brownies
1 bran muffin
spinach dip on handfull tortilla chips
1 whole wheat roll w/spinach dip (about 1 tbsp)
1 hamburger bun
2 turkey burgers made w/onion mix
.5 tsp mustard
.5 tsp mayo
1 chocolate cupcake w/icing
1 sliver of chocolate pecan pie (boss brought that one)

I got yelled at for "eyeballing" the food (I was trying to guesstimate portion sizes) and then I got yelled at for writing it down. *puts dork hat on & sits in corner*

Total: 1987
Fat: 80, 38%
Carbs: 268,51%
Fiber: 21, 0%
Protein: 52, 11%

Went to the Gym:
30 minutes on stationary bike
30 minutes on treadmill

I still feel like I'm gonna hurl.

I'll be putting the heating pad on my knees in just a few minutes, I have no idea why they hurt so much. The only thing I can think of is maybe my knees didn't like the shoes I was wearing when I did HIIT yesterday.
