24 oz coffee w/FF creamer & splenda
2 tsp Fiber-Sure
Meal 2
1 small peach
.25 c Allbran w/xtra fiber
2 egg whites.
32 oz CL Raspberry Ice (still drinking this)
Meal 3 (planned for Noon'ish)
7 oz tuna
8 oz broccoli
1 Mussellmans Cherry applesauce cup
2 Ryvita dark rye crackers
water
Meal 4
PM Supps
1 small peach
.25 c Allbran w/xtra fiber
2 egg whites
1 sf jello cup
2 egg whites
water
