No & it sucks. I ordered a Trex/Neuro/Gluc mini combo to see how I react to Trex & I wanted to try the others anyway. (I'll try CB eventually)

No, I need more arms or longer arms and the ones I ordered from "Limb Crafters" that match my kitchen cabinets haven't come in yet.

My point is, if you said you were stim sensitive, TREX may be way too strong for you, better option CB .. if you didn't say that, my bad... if you did, watch out ... :rose:

I don't own a decent digital camera. <<the problem

I bought a cheapo one but it doesn't have a flash and won't work unless you're outside in full sun. :finger: I had every light on AND had the doors & curtains open and still not enough light to snap a pic. cheap pos

PM Supps
1 small peach
.25 c Allbran w/xtra fiber
2 egg whites
1 sf jello cup
2 egg whites
24 water

Meal 5
6 oz Tyson steak strips

**GYMTIME**

Meal 6
16 oz Whey shake w/2 egg whites & chocolate soy milk ;)

Meal 7
1 tbsp Skippy NPB

Total liquid is 60 oz *sigh*


This menu worked well for me today.
Total: 1730
Fat: 33, 18%
Carbs: 189, 37%
Fiber: 41, 0%
Protein: 183, 45%


applied YDF before going to the gym

Weights--
--Stiff Deads - 3x12 #40 alternating sets w/Plie's
--Plie's - 3x12 #15
--Sitting leg press - 3x12 #70, 1x12 #115 - PR! (never pushed that much #)
--Leg ext - 3x12 #70
--Leg Curls - 3x12 #55
--Calf Raises - 4x12 #50 - PR! first time I've pushed that much for all sets

Cardio--
--Elliptical - 15 min - alternating incline & resistance. I was soaked when I got done.

Ahhh and the good ole cardio shower :) :verygood:

Question, how do you do your calf raises? Great job (another PR), but do you do them slow or rep through them kinda fast? If you pause on the extension, you let your calf muscle reach full extension, flex/extend/raise & squeeze on contraction ... I just want to make sure you are using your FULL potential of your calf muscles, where as the quick pulse reps tend to bring in ankle & not really hit the calves 100% ...

Pr's make me smile, escpecially the sitting leg press cuz it's harder for me than the other leg press machine.

Calf raises - I go medium speed so I can mainain my form, otherwise my ankles get wonky. I hold briefly on the upswing and go down as far as I can w/o slipping off the footrests so that I can get the full range of motion. Shyt hurts which is why I do 4 sets for calves.

They are way too high in sodium but they are delicious and they work in a pinch.
