Meal 1
30 oz coffee w/1 scoop vanilla soy protein as creamer & splenda
2 pkts cream of wheat w/splenda & 1/2 scoop vanilla soy protein powder
AM supps
--I woke up on time but fell asleep in the chair to the sound of the rain pounding on the window so now I'm running late.
--I'm puffy & bloated all over but MN isn't due yet.
--I feel like I have a fever but I don't.
--Sinus headache is on it's way.
--I don't think I packed enough protein for today.
--and to top it off I can't seem to get enough to eat this morning.
Ok now that the whining is out of the way I'm gonna finish my and then hit the Tangerine Orange Crystal Lite that I brought.
