Meal 1
30 oz coffee w/1 scoop vanilla soy protein as creamer & splenda
2 pkts cream of wheat w/splenda & 1/2 scoop vanilla soy protein powder
AM supps


--I woke up on time but fell asleep in the chair to the sound of the rain pounding on the window so now I'm running late.
--I'm puffy & bloated all over but MN isn't due yet.
--I feel like I have a fever but I don't.
--Sinus headache is on it's way.
--I don't think I packed enough protein for today.
--and to top it off I can't seem to get enough to eat this morning. :worried:

Ok now that the whining is out of the way I'm gonna finish my :coffee: and then hit the Tangerine Orange Crystal Lite that I brought. ;)

We all have our off days... You've had some stress in your life lately with everyone sick... I would just focus on keeping your health good, drinking water, taking extra vitamin C.... :heart:

I 2nd the Vit C, everybody got a cold in my house, but me!
 
LOL - GMTA - I threw the Vit C back in this weeks supps because everyone around me was getting sick.

Cardio - HIIT on treadmill. 7 cycles of 60 seconds at 6.0mph then back down to 3.3 mph for 60 seconds. Then walked the remainder of the 30 min. I was shooting for 10 but I could only push out 7.

Crunches - 3x30

(drank 16 oz CL & 16 oz water during wo)


Meal 6
7 oz chicken, cubed
1 egg (mixed it w/chicken & nuked it)
2 pcs flax/O3 bread

Meal 7
1 tbsp Skippy NPB


Total: 1774
Fat: 32, 17%
Carbs: 205, 43%
Fiber: 24, 0%
Protein: 164, 39%


I'm averaging about 25g fiber each day & the average person usually gets around 12g per day. Tracking it seems to be working for me. ;)

I'm not wearing a coat, you grabbed my dainties - good thing they're clean. ;) :FRlol:

About that HIIT - both hips are sore but my right hip is really hurting. I can barely put weight on that leg today. The right hip has always been "tighter" or more difficult to get loosened up so I expected this to happen. It takes a while to get it to cooperate, always has.

I'm gonna take a hot shower/bath and put some "stop aching" stuff on the hips and then clean house, do laundry, etc. until it's time to mow the yard.

Hair dye is on.....buh-bye grey (cleaning the bathroom while I wait)
