Maybe those tobacco farmers should start growing organic veggies instead of tobacco. At least they wouldn't be helping to kill people.

I think of all those years I spent smoking......it's hard to believe that it's been a year since I lit one up.

56 oz of liquid so far - I'm a p'n machine!




I eat the Health Life Flax & Omega3 bread - my body thinks I'm cheating but I'm not. I've always been a bread & pasta person and eating a piece or two of bread keeps me from running to Fazoli's & it helps keep me feeling full longer.

WOW...your smoke free achievement is amazing. I know so many people who can't successfully quit even with help from the patch, one day at a time etc. And given all the challenges life doled out to you earlier this year, it is that much more amazing that you've stayed so strong for a full year.

I'll celebrate your b'day with ya. Mine is 4 days later :arty:
