Can't I just get an NG tube & a catheter for the water? Hook it up at nite before I go to sleep and pump in 1-2 gallons over the course of the nite.

Wednesday*****Didn't pack any food for today & I managed to avoid the snack machine :chomp: *****

Supps - forgot them.

Meal 1:
2 pkt oatmeal (thank goodness I had some at my desk)
24 oz coffee

Meal 2:
Tuna salad sammich w/lettuce from the deli
20 oz coffee w/real sugar & half&half (ack! I like splenda better)

Meal 3: (in a little bit)
1 large banana
water and/or CL

Meal 4:
SBD chocolate protein cereal bar

Meal 5:
8 oz iceberg lettuce mix
5 oz chicken, cubed & tossed in salad

Meal 6:
5 tbsp Skippy ANPB

Liquids:
16.9 oz Crystal Lite Raspberry Ice - Done

24 oz bottle of water - Done
16.9 oz bottle of water - Done

--Hypers - 3x10 3ct pulse each rep
--Wide grip pd - 2x12, 1x8 #70 - failed on 3rd set, will drop back to #60
--Tricep pulldowns - 2x12, 1x20 #40
--Rev. Hyper - 3x20 #100
--Hip Abductor - 3x20 #70
--Hip Adductor - 3x20 #50
--Crunches - 3x25
--Obliques - 3x25 each side
--Leg press - 3x20 #70

Treadmill - 15 min - 3.3 mph

I tried to run tonite but I just couldn't do it, only did about 3 min running. just couldn't keep my feet from scraping & I didn't wanna faceplant on the treadmill.


I'm off to bed cause I'm still tired from bein up with the punkin last nite.

It sucks to have taken so many days off w/o lifting. My muscles are tired today but not sore.

That's EXCELLENT on the water/liquids!!!! I don't count my caffeinated beverages either - like coffee or soda.......That 91.6 oz is AWESOME!!

And Mucho Congrats on being smoke-free!!! I'm SOOOOO proud of you for that!! Cigarettes killed both of my parents before they were 70 - I was under 30 when I lost them both and seeing someone like you quit just makes me SO happy!!!! No one should have to go thru that cuz some stupid company wants to make money..... /endrant

You're a stronger person than you think you are.....you feel moments of weakness, whine here - we are here for you!! :heart:

GREAT job!!!!!! Wow that is a huge accomplishment!! For some people 40 days of no alcohol is hard, but 1 year of no smoking that's gotta be extremely difficult. Que = Strong!
