Since Whey is derived from milk I thought I should be eliminating that also. Also, I wouldn't have turkey bacon twice daily. I would pick a cleaner protein like chicken, turkey, tuna or egg whites.

I'm getting a little tired of tuna so there will be more chicken & turkey the next couple of weeks.
