40th B-Day is tomorrow
I don't wanna be fat at 40
cardio lift cardio lift cardio lift lather rinse repeat
waking temp: 96.3 (This seems to be the average or normal temp for me)
weight: dunno, didn't hit the scale
AM supps:
2 CB
1 water pill
2 Glucorell
Meal 1
1 pkt cream of wheat
1 tbsp protein powder
1 pkt splenda
48 oz coffee w/FFC,Splenda (still drinking this)
I'm feeling better today, stomach still feels weird but no urge to
Meal 2
2 egg whites
1 bag mini pretzels
1 Raspberry flavored applesauce cup
1 SBD chocolate cereal bar
20 oz CL Sunrise
Meal 3 - unplanned but accounted for via fitday
1 pc colby/jack cheese (small pc @ 1 inch)
2 veggie snack crackers
8 stalks celery
leftovers from a meeting & I'm proud to say I didn't have any of the cookies or potato chips.
