Step 1 toward Bunnification:
Outside temp: 86 deg - I'm mowing the yard while dripping w/sweat and dry heaving. I refuse to puke in the yard. Ran out of gas in the mower & ran outta wata in the bottle - refuel mower, refuel me. :freak:

drinkin water (16 oz bottle was done in under 5 min)
cooling off
checking for signs of heat stroke, heat exhaustion, etc.

off to the shower and then I need to eat something, prolly toast. I have to go to gym to pick up the soy protein powder they ordered for me...workout is tenative, depends on how I feel after the shower as the afternoon CB is wearing off. :freak:

So why does it still feel like Christmas when I get to open a package? I know what I ordered, when I ordered it and when it's supposed to be here. :nerd:

I'm rackin my brain trying to remember when I swallowed a ball of string because my stomach is in knots this morning. I have a nasty sinus headache thanks to the storms that are rolling through. At least there's no puking & no bathroom issues and that's a plus.

Meal 1
1 pkt oatmeal
1 tbsp vanilla soy powder mixed in
48 oz coffee w/splenda & ff creamer

Sipping on 24 oz CL Sunrise atm
After meal 1 I pretty much nibbled all day long, except for a real-meat meatloaf sammich (plain). I tried not to put a lot in my stomach at one time. So here's the list of everything else I've eaten and stayed within my calorie range but carbs for today are thru the roof.

-4 chiquita mini's
-1 Jello cup
-1/4 c all bran
-10 pickle slices
-meatloaf sammich: pumpernickel/rye bread, slab of meatloaf, handful of shredded lettuce & the rim of the meatloaf had ketchup on it.
-3 pcs flax/O3 bread w/just a smidge of promise on each piece
-1 c each blackberries, blueberries, raspberries mixed in 8 oz(?) container FF coolwhip
-1 tbsp skippy NPB (before bed)

Total: 1691
Fat: 28 - 16%
Carbs: 326 - 72%
Fiber: 43 - 0%
Protein: 49 - 13%

I have no idea how much water I drank today.

I went to the gym to pick up my protein powder and since noone knew what was going on - I did 30 min on the stationary bike. As I was leaving I stopped to ask the status of my order and was told that nothing he ordered has arrived and to check back tomorrow.

weight: dunno, didn't hit the scale

2 CB
1 water pill
2 Glucorell

Meal 1
1 pkt cream of wheat
1 tbsp protein powder
1 pkt splenda
48 oz coffee w/FFC,Splenda (still drinking this)

I'm feeling better today, stomach still feels weird but no urge to :sick:
