After meal 1 I pretty much nibbled all day long, except for a real-meat meatloaf sammich (plain). I tried not to put a lot in my stomach at one time. So here's the list of everything else I've eaten and stayed within my calorie range but carbs for today are thru the roof.
-4 chiquita mini's
-1 Jello cup
-1/4 c all bran
-10 pickle slices
-meatloaf sammich: pumpernickel/rye bread, slab of meatloaf, handful of shredded lettuce & the rim of the meatloaf had ketchup on it.
-3 pcs flax/O3 bread w/just a smidge of promise on each piece
-1 c each blackberries, blueberries, raspberries mixed in 8 oz(?) container FF coolwhip
-1 tbsp skippy NPB (before bed)
Total: 1691
Fat: 28 - 16%
Carbs: 326 - 72%
Fiber: 43 - 0%
Protein: 49 - 13%
I have no idea how much water I drank today.
I went to the gym to pick up my protein powder and since noone knew what was going on - I did 30 min on the stationary bike. As I was leaving I stopped to ask the status of my order and was told that nothing he ordered has arrived and to check back tomorrow.
