I just chopped down a shit load of trees in my back yard which is on a ravine.... Anyways... I've been considering doing some strong man events for conditioning and for fun for a while....
Heres what I've got/going to do....
- I have a nice big log I'm going to cut some handles into for overhead log press... going to make the ends capable of having olympic plates slid on it in case the log gets too light.
- I have two almost identicle sized longer pieces of log that I'm goin to make handles in with the capability to add olympic plates to for farmers walks
- My gym has a massive tire in the back... I'm not sure what it weighs, but they said I could have it for tire flips
- Got a nice sled that has never been used which Im going to dump a shit load of weight on and use for sled drags
- I have a ravine in my backyard with a nice steep incline... I'm going to fill a backpack up with 100lbs and do hill climbs
I think i had another idea but Im drawing a blank right now...
I am also doing DFHT.. I still have to check with AM to make sure this is OK.. but I'm thinking about doing this every week with about 3-4 buddies as some extra excercise for fun...
Can you think of anything else we can do clint or anything strong man type guys?
