Quad outer sweep

I have been around for a while so I know which exercises work what but I am looking for which exercises you guys think target the quad outer sweep the best. I realize a lot of this has to go with genetic shape and you have to work with what you have but just curious what you think.

keeping your feet closer together better you think? I seem to feel it more in hack squats and extensions when I do this.

Definitely keep your feet closer together. If you do this, regular or hack squats will kill your outer thigh.

Put your feet together and do heavy leg presses. Also make sure your going through a full range of motion on your squats to incorporate as many leg muscles as possible.

well I was always told by a friend who use to work out with tom platz, go all the way down ass to the floor, but turn your toes angled outward, if you keep you feet close together this is gonna hit you teardrop, you can put your feet a bit close but about just a bit inside of the shoulders, then make a v with your feet, look at tom platz pics of doin squats, and see how his feet are pointed out, that is what gives the sweep.

definetly go with hack squats and front squats, put your feet in a little closer to so that you can feel in more in your outer quad

Do guys remember Sissy squats thats what gets your lower sweep going...most guys are to pussafied to try this exercise....because it looks stupid, but it works:D
